Bed Bath & Beyond Estate is suing New Jersey agency over tax credits

An administrator who oversaw the resolution of Bed Bath & Beyond Inc.’s bankruptcy estate. accused a New Jersey agency of failing to pay or provide the company with $19 million in tax credits.
