GreenPower unveils the EV Star REEFER

Built on that of GreenPower EV Star cab and chassis platform, the EV Star REEFERX is purpose-built and fully customizable with a lighter body for greater payload. The EV Star REEFER is designed for mid- to last-mile refrigerated delivery and catering applicationsX transports goods that require temperature control, such as fresh and frozen products, flowers and pharmaceutical products. The vehicle body features a single interior wall structure for seamless sanitation, consistent insulation and extended service life.

  • Optimal battery placement ensures a lower center of gravity, resulting in maximum loading capacity.
  • Increased loading capacity due to a lighter body provides greater payload capacity, saving customers both time and money, while the eTRU is powered by the high-voltage battery.
  • Reduces temperature fluctuations with seven centimeter thick PET foam (polyethylene terephthalate), made from recyclable material with a closed-cell foam composite that does not absorb water.
