70-year-old Cochran man dies at work, GBI investigation – 41NBC News

GBI agents are investigating the death of 70-year-old Milton Mullis.

COCHRAN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A 70-year-old man died while at work, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI).

Milton Mullis was struck by heavy equipment, causing his death around 9:10 am on Wednesday. The death occurred at the Cochran Oil Mill and Ginnery, located on the 100 block of E. Ash Street in Cochran.

This investigation is active and ongoing. Once the investigation is complete, it will be submitted to the Oconee Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office for review.
