New York Yankees provide update on Juan Soto’s forearm injury

New York Yankees star outfielder Juan Soto left Thursday night’s game against the Minnesota Twins due to left forearm discomfort, and manager Aaron Boone provided an update after the game.

Boone told the media that Soto’s forearm has been bothering him for about a week and that he is being treated.

The star outfielder was in pain during the delay and was checked by Dr. Christopher Ahmad. The team ultimately decided not to make it out of the rain delay.

Soto will have imaging of his forearm on Friday.
